ingredients
800 g potatoes,
1 tbsp olive oil,
500 g carrots,
½ onion,
½ clove of garlic,
⅔ tsp paprika,
1 dried chili pepper,
½ tsp curry,
2 pinches of oregano,
2 pinches of sugar,
⅓ tbsp cider vinegar,
½ soup cube (5 g),
5-10 g butter,
2 tsp fresh parsley,
salt/pepper,
1120 ml water
how you make it:
stove plate on ↑6/6, warm olive oil (→olive oil), stove plate on ↓2/6, sauté cubic cut onions (→onion) and after that garlic (→garlic) in a saucepan
deglaze it with cider vinegar/water, spice with salt/pepper/sugar and stir
stove plate on ↑4/6, add the water and bring it to a boil with lid on and add the cubic cut vegetables
add the other spices/the soup cube, stir and stove plate on ↓2/6
leave it for 20-25 minutes with lid on
then remove from stove, ↓0/0 and use a immersion blender to make it to a homogeneous soup
stove plate on ↓4/6, bring it for a short time to a boil
then test, if salt/pepper is alright and add it, if necessary
add butter/fresh parsley and stir
↓0/0 after 1-2 minutes and leave it with lid on for a couple of minutes
serve it with white bread (baguette)
