ingredients
210 g rice,
240 g chicken
basted with 1 garlic clove,
½ bell pepper,
4 slices of pineapple,
¼ onion,
1 tsp capers,
dressing:
⅔ tsp thyme,
2 pinches of rosemary,
2 tsp curry,
½ dried chili pepper,
⅔ tsp paprika,
2½ tbsp cider vinegar,
6-8 tbsp water of canned pineapple,
⅔ tsp olive oil,
1 tsp mayonnaise,
salt/pepper
how you make it:
cook the rice (→rice cooking) and refresh it with cold water
bring 1 l water to a boil, add salt/pepper/ ¼ soup cube (2, 5 g) and the chicken meat
remove it from stove plate and leave it for 10 minutes with lid on
remove chicken from water and cut up in cubes 2-3 cm
cut up onions cubic
cut bell pepper in very thin slices
cut pineapples in cubes (1-2 cm) and capers in small pieces
add it all to a bowl and stir
prepare the dressing with all its ingrediants (except of mayonnaise), whisk it, add it to the bowl and stir
add now mayonnaise and stir
add rice and stir
leave it now for circa 5-10 minutes covered
done
