how you make it:
stove plate on ↑6/6, warm olive oil (→olive oil), stove plate on ↓2/6 sauté minced garlic (→garlic)
deglaze with canned tomatoes, stir up and leave it for a few minutes with lid on
stove plate on ↓2/6
then spice with pepper, salt and sugar, stir up and leave it for a few minutes with lid on again (→tip)
now spice with a bit oregano, stir up and press the tomatoes with your cooking spoon, if you don´t like pieces (for completely homogeneous sauce you can also use a immerson blender)
stove plate on ↓1/6
leave it for a last few minutes with lid on again
ready!
