ingredients
240 g spaghetti (pasta),
1 tsp olive oil,
1½ zucchini (cut in small strips),
½ clove of garlic,
2 pinches of oregano,
⅔ tsp thyme,
2 pinches of sage,
2 pinches of rosemary,
2 tsp olive oil,
150 ml water,
salt/pepper
how you make it:
prepare pasta (→pasta)
stove plate on ↑6/6, warm olive oil (→olive oil) in a pan, stove plate on ↓5/6, sauté zucchini (→vegetables)
stove plate on ↓2/6, then add and sauté garlic (→garlic)
add sugar, salt/pepper and stir
stove plate on ↓1/6, add all the other spices, deglaze with water (tip: you can use the salted boiling water of the pasta)
stir and simmer for 1-2 minutes
after draining pasta, add it to the pan with zucchini sauce
stove plate on ↓0/0 and stir it, until it comes to a good connection
serve it with parmesan
