1 tsp olive oil,
240 g beef mince,
⅔ clove of garlic,
¼ onion,
530 g tomatoes,
160 g kidney beans,
70 g canned corn,
1 dried chili pepper,
½ tsp paprika,
2 pinches of caraway powder,
2 pinches of oregano,
2 pinches of cacao,
1-1½ tsp sugar,
2 pinches of hot paprika,
salt/pepper,
1-1½ tsp flour
how you make it:
stove plate on ↑6/6, warm olive oil (→olive oil), stove plate on ↓2/6 sauté onions (→onion) and after that garlic (→garlic) in a saucepan
add minced meat, sauté and stir, stove plate on ↓5/6, until it is well done
stove plate on ↓2/6, spice it with salt/pepper and all the other spices, stir and leave it for a few minutes with lid on
add tomatoes, sugar and stir
leave it 10-15 minutes with lid on
add kidney beans and corn, stir and leave it 10-15 minutes with lid on
then test, if salt/pepper/hot paprika is alright and add it, if necessary
↓0/0 after 1-2 minutes and leave it with lid on for a couple of minutes
serve it with white bread (baguette)
